Dates: 8 Weeks starting week of February 23rd, 2026
Time (3 groups offered)
Fridays at 9-10:30
Tuesdays at 12-1:30pm
Wednesdays at 7-8:30pm
Where: Online- join from where you are most comfortable
Cost: $40 per session (Total: $325.00) for 8 week session
Flexible payment option-pay $40 for the first class and decide if you want to continue

Jillian Bates (SHe/Her)
Jillian Bates (She/Her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, and mom of 2. Jillian has spent the last 10 years supporting parents of young children. Jillian most recently worked as a therapist and clinical supervisor of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Perinatal Therapists, providing therapy to parents and their young children. She firmly believes that all parents are doing their best and deserve to be supported and cared for, so they can be the parent they want to be.
Brecca Smith (They/She/He)
Brecca Smith (they/she/he) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and former Early Childhood Educator with nearly 20 years of experience supporting families and young children. Brecca believes in rebuilding the village we need to raise children and support adults in healing from past wounds and passing on their gifts to the children in their care. Brecca is a queer, non-binary, white, single parent living in Seattle.
