Pregnancy & Expecting Parents

Whether you are pregnant, expecting a new baby, or trying to grow your family, this stage of life can bring excitement, worry, and unknowns. Therapy provides a supportive space to process the emotions, changes, and uncertainties that come with this stage, so you can feel more connected, supported and prepared.

Postpartum

Adjusting to life with a newborn can be both a joyful and exhausting time. The postpartum stage is a time of completely new experiences and constant changes, all while learning how to care for your baby and learning about yourself as a parent. Together, we will work to process the many emotions and experiences that arise, whether it’s navigating mood changes, identity shifts, relationship stress, or the daily challenges of caring for your young child.

Early Parenthood

Raising young children—from infancy through the preschool years—brings a wide range of emotions, including joy, frustration, and overwhelm. You are not alone! Parenting can also stir up childhood memories and the desire to do things differently than how you were parented. Whether you are facing tantrums, sleep difficulties, setting boundaries, or navigating difficult family dynamics, I am here to support you in processing your experiences and helping you find a sense of balance and calm so you can be the parent you want to be.
